Early Childhood Alleghenies, which launched in 2018 as the Southern Alleghenies ECE Shared Services Alliance, offers free resources for child care providers across west central Pennsylvania.
Member providers qualify for a menu of free and low-cost services including:
Access to educational programs for staff such as CDA, AA, and BA programs
Small and large group Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED trainings
Free staff recruitment using a technology-driven platform
HR Hotline to answer basic human resources questions
Behavior management support including guidance and training for staff
