Eden Gutierrez earned her early childhood education degree with the help of EC Alleghenies. With the support of her mentors and the EC Alleghenies staff, Eden saved time and money so she could hit the ground running and set herself up for future success.
“This program has given me a great head start to my education that I originally had to wait until college to get. It has saved me so much time that I can now use it to my advantage for my future education. I really enjoyed this college-level course, even with the new and exciting challenges that came with it. The accessibility of an online format has made my learning much more convenient because I could take to school, home, and even travelling! The one point that really stands out from this experience is the help I was able to receive from all adults involved. Some would think that taking an online course could cause a sense of isolation, but anytime I would need anything, even the smallest questions could be answered for me in a short amount of time. The cooperation from the EC Alleghenies staff and my guidance counselors is what truly helped with gaining success and knowledge from this program.”
